How our digital products are delivered, used and refunded.
Nature of the products
Absolute Royal Group digital products — including The Absolute Royal Business Health Scorecard™ — are electronic business resources. They are not physical products and nothing is shipped.
Electronic delivery
Following successful payment, the purchased digital product is made available electronically through the applicable digital-product delivery platform used at checkout. Access instructions are provided with your purchase.
Permitted use
Purchased resources are licensed for the purchaser's permitted personal or business use. They may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, shared publicly or commercially republished without written permission from Absolute Royal Group.

Refunds
Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases may be non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable law and the specific terms applicable to the product.
