Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers on how we work, what each service involves and how our digital products are purchased and delivered.
Working with Absolute Royal Group
What does Absolute Royal Group do?+
Absolute Royal Group (ARG) is a Ghana-based business group providing business consultancy and business support, professional training and development, research and information services, diaspora and business establishment support, digital business resources, and retail and trading through Absolute Royal Scents.
Which entities make up the group?+
Absolute Royal Business Consultancy & Training (ARBC&T), Absolute Royal Institute (ARI), Absolute Royal Research & Literacy Centre (ARRLC) and Absolute Royal Scents (ARS).
Where are you based and where do you work?+
Our service area is Accra, Ghana. We provide consultancy and training services to clients at their locations and through remote engagements, and we work with clients internationally where the engagement can be delivered remotely.
How do I start a consultation?+
Send an enquiry through the consultation form, WhatsApp, telephone or email. We begin with a short discovery conversation to understand your requirement before recommending any engagement.
Do you work with small businesses as well as larger organisations?+
Yes. We work with individuals preparing to start a business, small and medium enterprises, and established organisations and institutions.
Business consultancy, start-up and planning
I want to start a business but do not know where to begin. Can you help?+
Yes. Business start-up and establishment support is one of our core service areas. We help you structure the idea, understand the steps involved, assess the opportunity, and plan the practical requirements of establishing and operating the business.
Do you support business and company registration?+
We provide business registration and formalisation support as part of business establishment services. We guide you through the requirements and documentation involved; we do not provide legal advice.
What does a business plan engagement involve?+
We structure the concept and business model, carry out market and competitor analysis, plan operations and resources, and build financial projections — resulting in a documented plan suitable for internal use and for presentation to lenders, investors or partners.
What is the difference between a business plan and a feasibility study?+
A feasibility study assesses whether an idea, project or expansion is viable and under what conditions, including the option not to proceed. A business plan sets out how a business that is going ahead will be established and operated.
Can you review an existing business rather than a new idea?+
Yes. Business diagnostics, performance review and process and systems improvement are available for existing businesses.
Training and professional development
What training do you provide?+
Professional and organisational training including customer service training, leadership and management development, professional development, and tailored in-house programmes.
Can training be delivered at our premises?+
Yes. Training is delivered on-site at client premises or remotely, depending on the programme and your preference.
Can a programme be tailored to our organisation?+
Yes. Content, examples and standards can be developed around your organisation's own processes and service context.
Research, information and library services (ARRLC)
What research services are available?+
Through Absolute Royal Research & Literacy Centre (ARRLC) we provide research services and research consultancy, research support, market and business research, research design and analysis, and information and knowledge management support.
Do you set up libraries and information centres?+
Yes. Library set-up, library planning and development, cataloguing and classification structures, and information and knowledge management support are provided under ARRLC.
Who uses these services?+
Schools and educational institutions, organisations and institutions establishing an internal library or information centre, researchers, and businesses that need structured information to support decisions.

Support includes opportunity assessment, market research, feasibility assessment, business planning, and guidance through the practical stages of business establishment.
Is this service only for people in the diaspora?+
No. Individuals already in Ghana who want to start a business and do not know how to begin can seek the same support.
Do you provide immigration, legal, tax or investment advice?+
No. We provide business consultancy, research and business establishment support. We do not provide legal, immigration, tax or investment advice, and we do not offer guarantees on returns or approvals.
Can you assess an opportunity before I commit funds?+
Yes. Opportunity assessment, market research and feasibility studies are designed for exactly that purpose, and our recommendation may be not to proceed.
